For over 200 years English toffee has been made with little more than sugar and butter - and loads and loads of butter, if you want it to be truly exceptional. But while we love our traditional English toffee, we’re not such sticklers for tradition that we won’t experiment. So, here’s English toffee with a little sea salt added. We honestly believe it’s good enough to be a classic 200 years from now, presented in our signature, clip top tins.
Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed MILK, coconut oil, butter (MILK) (6%), sea salt (1%), salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
